With one of the most awaited albums in a long time (for me, anyway) Neko Case hits a home run with The Worse Things Get, The Harder I Fight, The Harder I Fight, The More I Love You
From end to end, the album is very strong, and is well worth the download.

I was unable to view the video on my ipad but went to YouTube to watch an array of this talented woman's performances. Hold On, Hold On is such a phenomenal song. So haunting and beautiful. Listening to some of her older material has really peeked my curiosity as to how well her talent holds up live. I hadn't heard her perform live before and I must say I was impressed. The kicker was her performance of Iron Maiden's "Number of the Beast". Probably one of the oddest choices by an artist of her character, but man did she pull it off. If you haven't seen it yet, it's definitely worth taking five to view. I really hope the new album does well and catches the ears of a lot of people unfamiliar to her genius.
