No Fly List Unconstitutional

A Federal district court in Oregon ruled the no-fly list incorporated after 9-11 to deny access to flights to nefarious characters as unconstitutional.  You can read their ruling here.

A couple of thoughts here:

  • Where in the constitution is the right of travel by the convenience of flight listed as a right?
  • How can the court issue this ruling, yet not address true issues of unconstitutionality like illegal search (Hi, NSA!) and IRS abuse?
Obama's liberal America is changing the country before our very eyes, and nobody seems to care.  We now have a proactive government that seems solely driven on the following: those that hate our citizenry are protected, and those that protect our citizenry are hated.

What is happening to us?

  1. Like many of the decisions that come out of those federal court districts, the results will be overturned.
